Project Manager VOS+ LE responsible on the level of the ministry for specification, delivery and operation of new working system for all employees of Swiss Federal Ministry of Finances, comprising a.o. such countrywide offices as customs and federal tax office. 10000 Windows 7 based workstations, 800 virtual servers and 200 physical machines carrying over 800 complex applications are moved into government unified active directory.

2007 – 2008
Programme Manager ITAP2009, Programme comprises 5 big projects, focused on a novel working place of each employee of the Swiss Ministry of Defence. It uses VISTA and Office 2007 in an innovative FOREST architecture, which allows hiving all working platforms, irrespectively if it is military or civilian usage, to a unified, confidential level and providing a full interoperability between all ministry agencies. Programme of net value over 40 million Swiss Francs in disclosed part replaces 17000 workstations, 8000 of which are encrypted, 370 server and over 700 applications in 400 installations nationwide.
